I just read on news paper about some danger regarding drinking too much water. The water we drink may replace the water we have lost, but not the salt. It is suggested to drink ionized drink, so that it can maintain the amount of our salt too. To measure how much water you have lost, after doing some physical activity, measure your weight before and after. If you loss 1 kilogram of weight, you loss about 1 liter of water.
